Stray Kids Achieves Fourth Consecutive Triple Million Seller with THIS & THAT, Setting 2026 Sales Milestone

Stray Kids has achieved its fourth “triple million” first-week sales with the release of mini-album THIS & THAT. According to Hanteo Chart, the record sold 3,289,269 copies during its opening week following its Aug. 7 release. This marks the group’s fourth consecutive release to surpass three million in initial sales, after their third studio album ★★★★★ (5-STAR), mini-album 楽-STAR, and fourth studio album KARMA, and ranks as the second-highest first-week figure among all 2026 album releases.

Compared with last November’s SKZ IT TAPE ‘DO IT’, THIS & THAT’s debut week tally represents an increase of roughly one million copies, underscoring heightened anticipation for Stray Kids’s first project of 2026. The new album also topped Hanteo’s weekly album chart (Aug. 3–9) and led both the retail album and overall album charts compiled by Circle (Aug. 2–8). On the global front, THIS & THAT reigned atop the Worldwide iTunes album chart for six consecutive days, from Aug. 7 through Aug. 12.

The title track, “This & That,” which showcases the group’s confidence in mastering every challenge, claimed No. 1 on Circle’s weekly download chart (Aug. 2–8). It secured music show victories on Mnet’s M Countdown (Aug. 13) and KBS2’s Music Bank (Aug. 14), further cementing its popularity.

After making history as the first K-pop act to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and achieving seven straight chart-topping entries last year, industry observers are watching to see whether Stray Kids can reach yet another peak on the Billboard 200 with THIS & THAT.
