Cube Entertainment has unveiled the artwork teaser for Miyeon’s first Japanese digital single, RUN AWAY. Posted on the agency’s official social media at midnight on August 6, the image confirms that the new track will be released on August 10.

As the main vocalist of (G)I-DLE, Miyeon has lent her voice to drama OSTs and collaborated with other artists. Her debut solo mini album, MY (2022), featured the title track “Drive,” which topped both digital charts and music broadcast rankings. Last year’s second mini album, MY, Lover, and its lead single “Say My Name” also secured spots on domestic and international charts.

(G)I-DLE recently concluded promotions for their ninth mini album and kicked off the 2026 i-DLE WORLD TOUR “Syncopation,” including a performance at the U.S. music festival Lollapalooza.

Miyeon’s Japanese digital single RUN AWAY will be available on all major streaming and download platforms on August 10.
